I didn't have to pay - you installed maps that I paid for but couldn't install so BMW UK asked you to intervenes

My car had a card inside that stated that my car had been washed hoovered and cleaned. When i picked up my car it was dirty. No clean had been done at all. Very disapointed. Not worth the cost.
All service work undertaken with no issues, however the service wash wasn't very good, so then had to take my car to be cleaned afterwards.
I was a little disappointed there was no video coverage of the vehicle being serviced, this time. On previous visits, emails were sent showing this.

Ollie was great from the service department, easy to do business with. However I found 2 issues, 1 is with regards to the service technician who changed my rear tyres didn't check the tyre pressures, the other is with a residue left on the screens.
I always get excellent service from this dealer. They are not local to me but I would choose them over more other dealers as the service I have had previous is excellent

I have no personal experience. My vehicle requires parts re insurance claim. According to accident repair centre parts on back-order for 11 WEEKS, totally unacceptable. It only took this amount of time to build the car in the first place!!!
Carried out efficiently, friendly team and great communication throughout. Natasha was a pleasure to deal with and followed up after the service to check all was ok. As I was out of the country I missed the call but it was appreciated!
I'm not very satisfied but I don't want to be a pain either. The advisors are nice like I said and I guess mistakes happen but 4 appointments for 1 brake job is a bit much whichever way you look at it. 2 appointments I could've understood but 4?
I've been using Sytner Birmingham for servicing for many years and the service in my view has always been excellent. This most recent visit was to the same high standard. dealt with Ollie who was extremely helpful and accommodating.

My car when in fi it's first service the service was carried it no problem but when I got home I received a email showing the technician going around my car making a video the video showed a nail in my rear tyre and pressure was escaping. No one

Friendly service However, the 'fix' to the issue with my car appears to be reliant on anti-squeak felt / tape.
The second member of the service team to look after dealing with my repairs (Natasha) was very polite and is credit to your organisation.The engineer who had undertaken the work was polite too. That's the only positive. Weekend service is terrible
car mats didn't seem to have been vacuumed.

As before very happy with reception and Mr Les Wilson on body repairs and Mr Oliver Huztable on service.Unfortunaly the technician in the repair department didn't get the repair sorted Sump plug leaking had to go back again.
When I did go to collect my car, I was just handed the just handed the keys and told 'there you go. All done!' I had to ask what the problem was and what had been done, which I was then hastily done whilst directed to my car.
The new part to be fitted also failed
seemed a bit disorganised, car park full on arrival; not offered a drink; later on collection, I was ushered outside at end of day to collect vehicle and waited a further 10 mins for other vehicle keys to be retrieved to enable my vehicle return.
From booking to collecting the car all seamless with progress reports.
I'm not certain that the issues I was experiencing with the car have been resolved

No phone call prior to visit or after Invoice does not have my address on it...just random letter...which is very bizarre
The service was of average standard. I have had better at other BMW centers. I was not particularly impressed that I had to immediately fill the loan car before I could make my way to work.
Sytner Birmingham were very helpful finding cars for me to test drive so I could work out the best car, engine and suspension set up. I was given good advice and also a very competitive price. The new car was everything I hoped for, and more.

The sales team were brilliant especially Adam sattar. He was a so lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease
My sale was handled by Mel Bogle at Sytner Birmingham. Mel is knowledgeable, extremely likeable and trustworthy. He handled my last car purchase too. When purchasing a car you want a person like Mel. He's an asset to BMW and Sytner.
Molly Roger was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle i was interested in. I can't stress enough how she made the process very smooth.

It was nothing special. I would have expected more but it is what it is. With the car I was buying and the money I was spending I had asked if they could have supply me with a full tank of petrol. Never got it. Really disappointed.
