At my last visit to sytner BMW, my car was due it's MOT, I also asked for an inspection 2 service, and four new tyres, all the work was completed within the time they said and it was very reasonably priced.
Excellent service and very helpful
I committed to mot at BMW as it would include car wash and valet. Taking the car away I noticed the gear stick area and dashboard still had the same level of dirt/dust. I was disappointed as had to pay out yet again to get car cleaned. #nothappy

Raj was fantastic. He managed to get my car booked in within a reasonable amount of time from quote to service day. He kept me informed at all stages and the car was ready before he said it would be! Very happy with their customer service.

Waiting for a designated member of staff to drop the keys off nuisance - I wanted to drop the car and go. However, the person dealing was great.The most annoying: the oil change indicator was not reset so I've got to go back, at £265 that's not on!

A hum when driving at speed wasn't resolved, but i will raise this and fully expect the same service as I've had so far to resolve it
What can I say. Overall satisfied. Car wash not too good and was offered coffee. Asked for black got white. I hate white coffee especially from those fancy machines. Oh well life goes on.

Raj the Service Advisor is a 5 out of 5. He genuinely looks after his customers and has their back with the mechanics.Car needed new steering components could not get tracking right - 3 attempts to get it right and premium price charged.
I have been to other BMW forecourts and was not compelled by their service and made me regret buying a BMW but my loyalty in the brand has been reinstated due to the aftercare service received at Sytner BMW

Dropped my car off for a service and waited for car was done washed clean in about 2 hour

To date I have been very pleased with the BMW servicing experience. Staff have been helpful and courteous. Usually the vehicle is returned washed and vacuumed however on this occasion this was not possible due to adverse weather conditions.
Everything I'd asked for had been done and in addition the car was now clean.

On a very snowy day the car was collected for its annual MOT and despite horrendous traffic and driving conditions was returned to me at the end of the day with a cheerful smile and the work well done.
Took a bit longer than expected for the MOT/checksxwhile you wait.
Car was sorted very quick and given a very nice courtesy car in the interim, they gave me frequent updates and the video about my cars current state when they took it in is always a nice addition.
Only downside was the longer than expected waiting time at drop off and pick up of vehicle
The service was great. I had brought my vehicle in as an emergency and Sytner Birmingham were able to accommodate in a very reasonable timeframe.the hospitality was excellent, I was informed fully as to the status of repairs which kept me at ease.

Very long time waiting at showroom - in excess of 4 hours on 2 occasions.
I had an oil service and discovered the following day that I had an oil leak on my drive. I booked it back in and they discovered that the mechanic didnt put the dip stick in properly. Ive now go a big oil patch on my drive.
This is my first BMW was SAAb Estate driver for 20 years, but having done 62000 miles on same Brakwe pads and only 1 set of tyres we impressed

Car was ready when i walked in to collect as advised.
The personal service and communications were excellent. However 2 things cause me to mark you down. At the service neither of the two issues I raised was properly addressed. Also the car had to go back in for further work which took too long.
Everything was attended too.
The customer service was very good however I would have liked to have the price given to me before the work was carried out. That is important in order to make an informed decision.
The staff were polite and friendly, however i am dissapointed that i have to rebook for the 3rd time to get my car issues resolved.

My car arrived very late i.e.11.30 on the day I was due to collect it, rather than the week before. So, I left home (3hrs train), not knowing if I would be picking up my new car or not. Robyn, Amy & Mel couldn't have done more. But it spoiled the day
I've been a BMW Customer many year s over 18 , at my local , I feel like part of the family.
There were a few things that I didnt like such as Adams over familiarity and Robyn made some mistakes with deposits etc but Mels attention and service were fantastic.

BMW stood out right from the test drive, other dealerships 'escorted' me on a pre-defined test drive route whereas Andy offered the exact model I was interested in to drive as I would need to for the day- brilliant.
