My mobility car came in for new brake pads had been booked in 10 days before hand. Only to take my car wait about hour then to be told they hadn't got the pads had to bring the car home and return later on in the afternoon not good enough

Whiost I was quoted 90 minutes for the works it actually took over 2 hours, so slightly longer than expected.

Dropped car off for inspection. Upon collection noticed my steering wheel was badly scuffed and damaged by service/valet. Reported it immediately next day. Car booked in for new steering.... No quibble.
My only concern was the time it took to get through on the phone to book an appointment. I must have needed a service at an extremely busy time. Other than that 10/10

Happy with the final result ie car problem was sorted but not that happy with arrangements for getting car to centre and the inconvenience it causes when there is no option of a courtesy car.
My service of the car was dealt with efficiently and courteously by the staff. However, was disappointed that the pick up and drop off of the car had been suspended. This was assured when I was buying the car and influenced my decision to buy.

The cost of the service seemed excessive given the parts and labour.It was pointed out that the tyres were wearing in a manner that was not consistent with the other tyres of the age of the car - I would have expected the tracking to be checked.

A lack of updates and understanding of my situation was not as usually experienced. Which is the first time I have felt a need to comment this way.
As always service was excellent, it was arranged at my convenience within Saturday opening hours.
The lee time for a loan car whist I had my car in the workshop was quite long.

Whilst the service adviser (Jo) was excellent, they omitted a part from my car, causing a significant oil leak. This resulted in my car being recovered by BMW assist and being in my local dealers for 6 days. Sytners are paying the bill for this.

Very satisfying. Service representative (Gareth) that I dealt with- (and have done on a number of occasions), is credit to the garage. Pleasant, helpful and gets things done. Very good. V minor point- winter tyres replaced but left under inflated.
Would have been 5 if it wasn't for some dirty marks left on the handle of the drivers door
I know modern cars are difficult to diagnose, but several parts were changed before my fault was found.
from the guy in the yard to service team all were helpful.
Something broke during the oil service and I had to have a hire car.Communication was very good. However, I would expect any replacement car to be equal or better than mine.Also, I would have expected the car to be washed and vacuumed.

Unfortunately, I was called in for rear brake pad replacement, and it turned out that they were replaced about 2 months earlier when I had a service.
Car was not valeted properly.
Couldn't have asked for more, really.

Staff at dealership were always helpful and making sure I was comfortable. Sales team were very good at finding a demo car for me to try and there seemed to be a nice air of teamwork between them.

Good although never exceeded expectations - response times weren't always that quick and on delivery, the driver car mat was missing which was irritating given the weather, although quickly resolved in a couple of days.
First class service. New car handover was efficiently done and made to feel special too!
The unveiling of my new car was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Stephen spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. Likewise Amy came down to ensure I was comfortable and understood the agreement.
Over all very happy the sales guy was quite new so he passed me on to his manager AMY BENT who Ive ment before and she managed to get the exact car I wanted in the price range I was happy with and get a deal done instantly shes very good at her job
